Refund Policy

We want all young people to feel confident when joining the Youth Impact Programme.

1. Full Refund Period

• If you change your mind, you can receive a full refund within 14 days (2 weeks) of signing up.

• To request a refund, please contact us at team@yoursportseducation.co.uk with your booking details.

2. After 2 Weeks

• After the 14-day period, refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances (for example, illness, family emergencies, or other serious reasons).

• Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis by our team.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. How Refunds Are Made

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at sign-up.

• Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear.
