Foundation Programme

February Half Term (Monday 16th- Thursday 19th February)

The Foundation Programme is a four-day experience designed to help young people aged 11–14 build confidence, learn essential life skills, and have fun in a supportive, energetic environment.

Across the programme, participants will take part in a wide range of engaging activities, including teambuilding challenges, inflatables, and interactive workshops. Young people will learn practical skills through first aid and cooking sessions, develop their voice and confidence in debating workshops, and gain a better understanding of managing money and making positive choices.

A key part of the programme is a small, pre-planned social action project, giving participants the opportunity to work together, contribute to their community, and see the impact they can make as a team. Throughout the programme, young people will build friendships, strengthen communication skills, and grow in confidence and independence.

The programme runs from 16th–19th February, and participants can choose to attend any two days or all four days, offering flexibility for families.
